At Remarkable Memories, each item we create is custom-made with care and attention, crafted specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, all sales are final once production has begun.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized Products: Items that include personal photos, names, dates, dedications, or other custom elements.
  • Digital Products: Any downloadable files or digital assets provided as part of your order.

Refund Exceptions

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

  • A product defect or error caused by us (e.g., printing mistakes, incorrect personalization).
  • Your order arrives damaged during shipping, and you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not started. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
